We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned — and we’re here to help! If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 7-day replacement policy.


🛍️ Who Can Request a Replacement?

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

  • You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.


📞 How to Request a Replacement

Simply email us at zaraapparelofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

Once approved, we’ll send you:

  • Our replacement return address

  • Clear instructions on how to return your item


🚚 Return Process

  • Use any trusted courier service to send the item back to us.

  • Don’t forget to share the courier slip with us for tracking.

  • Customers are responsible for the delivery charges (DC) for sending the parcel back to us.


🔄 After We Receive Your Return

Once we receive your parcel:

  • Our quality control team will inspect the item.

  • If everything checks out, we’ll dispatch your replacement dress right away.

  • You’ll also receive a tracking slip for your new parcel.

Your replacement will reach you within 3 to 4 working days,
and yes — we’ll cover the cost of the replacement shipment!
