To be eligible for a replacement:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once approved, we’ll send you:

🚚 Return Process

Use any trusted courier service to send the item back to us.

Don’t forget to share the courier slip with us for tracking.

Customers are responsible for the delivery charges (DC) for sending the parcel back to us.
🔄 After We Receive Your Return
Once we receive your parcel:

Our quality control team will inspect the item.

If everything checks out, we’ll dispatch your replacement dress right away.

You’ll also receive a tracking slip for your new parcel.
Your replacement will reach you within 3 to 4 working days,
and yes — we’ll cover the cost of the replacement shipment!
